Student – Attempting a proctored test #
Before starting the test, a student will go through the”Equipment check”.
- Browser check.
- Webcam check.
- Microphone check.
- Screen check.
- Network check
After the Equipment check, the student will have to go through the face ID and card ID verification process.

Accessing the page #
To access the Proctoring tab, do the following:
- Select the Testing center/Candidates/Proctoring tab.
- Select the testing session.
- Select the test.
Monitoring the test attempt in real-time #
Efficiently manage and monitor test attempts from all tests on one page. Review candidate recordings and grade them as a proctor, handle special accommodation requests, and create and review special requests sent to candidates.
On this page, you have access to the following views:
- Candidate monitoring – Efficiently manage and monitor test attempts from all tests on one page. Review candidate recordings and grade them as a proctor.
- Special accommodations – Handle special accommodation requests for the test, whether responding to existing requests or creating new ones. This can include special accommodations like additional time, screen reading, and others.
- Special requests – Create and review special requests sent to candidates by the proctor during the test attempt
To monitor the test in the real time, you need to select the Proctoring option.
Once you selected the Proctoring icon, you will be redirected to the Supervision page, where you have access to the candidate’s proctoring video.
Reviewing the proctoring video for a finished test #
Once the test is finished, the proctor can review the candidate’s proctoring video by selecting the Proctoring icon. From there, the proctor can rate the report by clicking the Rate button. The Proctoring report dialog will appear. Rate the report Positive (0 violations), Negative (if there were violations and incident messages), or Neutral (if there is any incident message).
Note: You can also assign a specific behavior for a particular time frame. Right-click on the specific time where the candidate committed a violation. A pop-up dialog will appear, allowing the proctor to add comments.

Proctoring report #
To create a Proctoring report click on the PDF button in the upper right corner.
Proctoring report will be downloaded in PDF format as shown below:
